Recently I had brought my 1997 Lumina in for a hit and run damaged door. Tony was my service rep. Tony’s customer interaction is the BEST that I have personally received in the last forty-one (41) years of automobile ownership! His punctuality and upbeat attitude was especially appreciated on one of the worst snow day commutes of the 2010-2011 winter. The courteous, professional, and completing a do what you say service attitude; I left Heidebreicht more than satisfied. To date I still maintain that satisfaction of the work done to my Lumina. While I was in the Body Shop office I had the opportunity to observe Matt and how he handled customers. It is my favored opinion that your team in the Body Shop is a class operation.
