2022 Chevy Blazer

With a chiseled exterior, a well-appointed interior, modern technologies, and a fuel-efficient powertrain, the 2022 Chevrolet Blazer delivers everything you need for an enjoyable and capable drive.

The 2022 Chevrolet Blazer has four trim levels — 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier. Three special editions — Midnight, Sport, and Redline — are also available to help you stand out even more.

Performance

The 2022 Chevrolet Blazer gives you a choice between two potent engines, each paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The standard 2.0-liter Turbo engine for the 2LT, 3LT, and Premier trims, generates 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque while earning an EPA-estimated highway rating of 29 mpg.[1]

The available 3.6-liter V6, which is standard on the RS and available on the 3LT and Premier trims, is rated at 308 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. It returns a highway rating of 27 mpg.[2]

Up to five available drive modes help you customize your driving experience to suit road conditions. You’ll have little trouble hauling road trip toys or a small trailer on a weekend adventure with your Blazer thanks to up to 4,500 pounds of maximum towing capability.

Safety Tech

Driver-assist technologies can help you feel more confident on the road. Most often, you have to upgrade to higher and more expensive trim levels for such innovative safety equipment. The 2022 Chevy Blazer, though, offers six driver-assist technologies as standard equipment in its Chevy Safety Assist.

Technologies offered with Chevy Safety Assist include Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Following Distance Indicator, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and IntelliBeam® Auto High Beams. These technologies give you more confidence on the move and help keep you safer.

Also standard on the SUV are a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, Tire Fill Alert, a Rear Vision Camera, and Teen Driver Technology, which helps monitor the driving habits of your teen driver. Teen Driver also allows you to set limits on speed and audio volume so that you can help your kid build better driving habits.

Infotainment System

The standard Chevrolet Infotainment 3 System with 8-inch-diagonal color touch screen puts your connectivity needs front and center. The system features Bluetooth® audio streaming, voice command pass-through to phone, and smartphone integration via Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Wireless Android Auto™. This capability means easy, on-the-go access to your favorite apps, contacts, and playlists. Wi-Fi® Hotspot capability is also standard.

If you need help finding your way, you should consider upgrading to the available Chevrolet Infotainment 3 Plus System with Navigation. In addition to the features of the standard system, it offers an 8-inch diagonal HD color touch screen, enhanced voice recognition, in-vehicle apps capability, and a connected navigation system.

Interior Features

The 2022 Chevrolet Blazer offers a versatile cabin space that easily transforms to cater to your cargo and passenger needs. A 60/40 split-folding seat in the second row is standard while standard sliding rear seats are simple to maneuver. With the rear seats folded down, the 2022 Blazer offers a maximum cargo volume of 64.2 cubic feet of space.

If you prefer a quiet ride or the chance to connect with your passengers without shouting, you’ll appreciate the Active Noise Cancellation technologies that help banish outside noise. To showcase your favorite music or podcasts, the 2022 Blazer comes with a standard six-speaker audio system. For superior sound quality, upgrade to the available Bose® audio system, which has eight speakers.

A standard dual-zone automatic climate control system helps keep the cabin a comfortable temperature for you and your passengers. Standard Keyless Open and Start is a convenient way to get into your SUV and on with your day. And, you’ll always find the perfect driving position with the standard eight-way power driver seat.
