The Traverse’s handy features aren’t limited to entertainment. A hands-free power liftgate helps you load up when your hands are full, and with best-in-class maximum cargo volume of 98.2 cubic feet, you’ll have plenty of room for everything you need. A hidden storage compartment helps keep valuable cargo safe, and a 60/40 split bench in the second row lets you configure all that cargo space to whatever setup will work best for you.

If you’re hauling people instead of luggage, the Traverse can seat up to eight. Getting into the back seats is made easy thanks to the available power-folding third row and the second row Smart Slide® seats.

You’ll find the Traverse to be capable under the hood, as well as in the cabin. A 3.6-liter engine paired to a 9-speed transmission can net you up to 5,000 pounds of towing, and Adaptive Cruise Control helps shoulder the burden of long drives.

The Traverse’s Driver Mode Selector offers specialized settings for different driving situations, such as Off-Road, Snow, and Tow/Haul. Additional settings will differ depending on whether your Traverse is a front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive model. The front-wheel drive mode optimizes your vehicle for increased fuel efficiency, ideal for long highway trips.
