A whopping nine trim levels are available for the 2023 Silverado 1500: Work Truck (WT), Custom, LT, Custom Trail Boxx, RST, LTZ, LT Trail Boss, High Country, and ZR2. A fully equipped Silverado can pull up to 13,400 pounds while hauling an impressive 2,250-pound payload. Rear-wheel drive is standard, but you can choose a four-wheel drive to tackle inclement conditions and more challenging terrain. If you want off-road-ready, go with the ZR2, which has specially tuned springs, Multimatic spool valve shocks, exceptional rock-crawling abilities, front and rear locking differentials, and improved skid plates.
